"Our family had such a wonderful experience during our stay in Jackson! The hotel was welcoming, comfortable, and the perfect base for exploring the great outdoors. We spent our days adventuring in the beautiful Wyoming landscape and loved coming back to a place that felt so relaxing and family-friendly.
One of the highlights for the kids (and honestly, the adults too!) was the pool. After long days outside, nothing beat cooling off and swimming together—it quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. The pool area was clean, well-kept, and provided hours of fun.
The staff was friendly and always willing to help with directions, recommendations, or just a warm smile. The combination of outdoor adventures, cozy accommodations, and family fun at the pool made this a trip we’ll always remember. We can’t wait to come back to Jackson and stay here again!"
"Such a cute and family-friendly place to stay. Loved having our own cabin! We only stayed one night, would would have loved to stay longer if our vacation plans allowed. "
"We truly enjoyed the Alpenhof and felt it was a great value for our stay. Location is excellent, staff very kind and helpful and room was very comfortable and well kept. Overall it does show some age in terms of things are “fixable” as far as upkeep and aesthetics go such as carpets in the common areas that are so worn and filthy looking. Bottom line would stay here again and so nostalgic, great character snd cozy…hope they keep up the quality. "
