Security did not go check out car alarms going off, when went out two people with flash lights checking out guests vehicles. Intoxicated guests outside the hotel yelling. domestic going on in the hotel on one night about 4am.

This room I was given looked nothing like the pictures online for the suites. I had specifically wanted to stay here for the kitchen and my suite in fact did not have one and it was so small I could barely walk around my bed. There was a microwave and mini fridge in the corner. Best to update pictures for prospective clients as the suites DO NOT look like these online pics!

I didn’t like that the internet was barely working and I needed the internet the night I stayed there. I ended up having to leave to find internet. Which was very disappointing.

Front desk guy was out front smoking a joint when I showed up. Waited 5 minutes at the front desk for him to finish. Credit card machine wasn't working so he wanted to write down my card details on a sticky note. That wasn't going to happen. Gave me the wrong type of room. Fridge wasn't plugged in and reeked. And at 2:30 in the morning somebody opened the room door, obviously somehow had a key. The only good thing I can say is that the room was fairly clean.

Cleaing of the room was alright but found some fingernails on the ground, really small room, and the parkinf was free but worst parking option ever... really small parking stalls.
This property is in a highly convenient location. It’s easy to walk to many popular places in downtown Yellowknife. Rooms were very clean. Having the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker all in the room was a nice touch. Reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and were able to address any concerns we had.

Be aware that this hotel says they are not pet friendly even though it indicates that they are on this webiste, their own website and various other websites. They also charge $25 per pet per night rather than just a damage deposit. Also the room was very dirty especially behind the bed and between the side table and bed.

We continue to be Pet friendly but as is clear on our website this is limited to our first floor rooms.It seems those rooms might have been sold out at the time of your travel. You are correct like there is an extra person charge in Hotels their is a Pet charge not a deposit. We do get regular compliments on the cleanliness of our room. I really liked how they set up duo rooms for large families. Spacious, lots of room to separate adults from kids, and good modern day appliances. The thing I didn’t like was that in one room the noise from above us from another tenant was extremely loud and the whole room shook like an earthquake!

The room was clean and cozy. However, it was also way too warm. The thermostat was turned to the lowest setting and it was still over 25 degrees in the room. The windows would also not open.
The bathtub faucet was leaky and there was a party going on the room next to us. I wouldn’t say that it was a horrible experience, just a bit uncomfortable.

We are sorry you had difficulties with you WIFI while you were here. Did you ask for help from the front Desk team? They have been able to help other clients in the passs
Room was depressing looking with very dim lights of which a lamp shade was broken (you DO NOT want a depressing room in Yellowknife, trust me). Think of it as "half-way house room chick"
Also, there was a hole on the bathroom door, like it was kicked from inside. Told the staff about it and their answer felt more like "meh".
After some consideration I decided to find another hotel and found a suite in the Quality Inn. What a difference ! ! ! Skip this hotel if you can.
Note: I didn't bother asking for my money back because the room was part of a package.

It is located near downtown Yellowknife, it was a nice stay over there.

I am very sorry we did not meet your expectations.We have 2 large pillows and 2 small ones in each room.Were the small ones too big also? You mentioned it was too loud, Could you say what time this was and what sound were you hearing? It would certainly help us to identify and correct the problem. Thank you for taking the time to share.
Nice accommodation, staff was helpful, very efficient and friendly. A/C didn't really work, but the white noise still helped sleeping. Some rooms have mini fridges, mine did not. Great bed and pillows.
