"We stayed here for the Blues and Brews festival. It is a super convenient location and the staff was very friendly. Market was 2 blocks away, gondola 2 blocks and main street the same. We had a corner unit, which was quite roomy. The continental breakfast was better than expected. Telluride hotels are overpriced in general and that is unfortunate. Overall, a nice place to stay."
"We were a group of nine and had a wonderful week staying here. The house itself is gorgeous, spacious and well outfitted. Very comfortable for 8 adults though can squeeze in a ninth, or maybe even a 10th, if needed. The location is part of what makes the venue so stunning, with Mountain views from different decks and a lovely paved seating area outside, around a gas fired firepit, right alongside the San Miguel creek. Finally, Denise was very responsive and kind to us throughout our stay, helping to solve a couple of minor issues, answering questions and more. The only thing to consider for some will be the location relative to town. While not far and a lovely walk, it is between 15-20 minutes’ walk from the house to the edge of town. The house also includes a few bikes guests can use. Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful time staying at the condo during the Film Festival. Location, cleanliness, and comfort were all superb. We especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen available to us and the ease of check in and check out. Would highly recommend this cozy condo to anyone looking for a romantic stay in Telluride.
