"The hotel staff was very nice. Every staff and especially 汤志龙 was very helpful and nice! He helped me find an airplane model shop in Beijing and it made my kid's day! Without his help, my kids will be very sad... he even called to get the address, directions and everything for us! The rooms were clean! Always new and fresh towels every single day.
