Room was spotless, breakfast was amazing all tastes catered for, staff super friendly and helpful. Can not fault the hotel. If I was to just point out one thing I like my espresso coffee in the morning and they don’t have a proper barista on hand, making a good cup of coffee. There is a coffee shop in the lobby but it’s an expensive luxury to have several times a day. The pool can be a location for a movie set, the pictures don’t do it justice, , my kids didn’t want to leave it. A truly memorable experience.

We were traveling as a family of five, two teenagers and a child so we had to book the room with two bedrooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was beautiful and my son had a great time. We didn’t use the gym or spa. The laundry in the room was super convenient, but the dryer didn’t dry as effectively as we are used to, but it was good to have the option. The room was always stocked with water, which was nice. The front desk staff are friendly. We had visited their lounge, which was very nice to unwind after a very long day. I thought that the location was close to dining and shopping options. Overall, we had a great time at this luxurious hotel.

Excellent location, great breakfast buffet, spacious, clean suite. We walked to the Nationalist Museum of China, Tianaman S, Forbidden City, and the Oriental Plaza is at the hotel.

The location and amenities were excellent. The only disappointment was at check in , she told us that there was a discount on breakfast. HOwever, they did not honor it when we checked out.

Somehow the room we had was quite dated. We passed by some newly renovated rooms so I guess they are updating the rooms gradually. Breakfast was fantastic! Wide variety of Chinese and international dishes.
