This is an elegant hotel in a traditional style - lots of wood paneling - with a few contemporary accents. Large room. Very centrally located in Beijing. Only gets 4 stars because their only restaurant closes at about 9:00 PM - unacceptable for a luxury hotel in one of the world’s major cities. The food in the bar/lounge was slow in coming and mediocre. Only basic cocktails - the margerita was terrible.

Room was spotless, breakfast was amazing all tastes catered for, staff super friendly and helpful. Can not fault the hotel. If I was to just point out one thing I like my espresso coffee in the morning and they don’t have a proper barista on hand, making a good cup of coffee. There is a coffee shop in the lobby but it’s an expensive luxury to have several times a day. The pool can be a location for a movie set, the pictures don’t do it justice, , my kids didn’t want to leave it. A truly memorable experience.

Such a beautiful hotel. Very clean and very convenient. Easy to walk to The Forbidden City. A fun mall is just across the street. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had with everything you could imagine. Including shrimp and crab. It's very quiet. Very comfortable and the lobby is gorgeous. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend.

We were traveling as a family of five, two teenagers and a child so we had to book the room with two bedrooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was beautiful and my son had a great time. We didn’t use the gym or spa. The laundry in the room was super convenient, but the dryer didn’t dry as effectively as we are used to, but it was good to have the option. The room was always stocked with water, which was nice. The front desk staff are friendly. We had visited their lounge, which was very nice to unwind after a very long day. I thought that the location was close to dining and shopping options. Overall, we had a great time at this luxurious hotel.
