We really love this place, The hotel room is clean and the room service is above and beyond. Special Thanks to Lucas the manager, he offered to switch rooms for us without hesitation when the water temperature in our room was hard to adjust. And he provided the best service possible for us and made this trip to Beijing unforgettable. I would definitely come back and stay again at Westin Financial Street Beijing for my next visit!

Clean and comfortable

Overall we had a very comfortable one-night stay at the Westin. Unfortunately the first room we were assigned to reeked of smoke (we booked non-smoking) and it took some time for the staff to assign us to a new room. Other than that, the room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Gym was also clean and well-equipped. Would recommend.

Grande chambre avec une bonne literie. Seul bémol pour la taille des lits , nous avions demandé deux lits doubles car nous étions trois et avons eut deux lits de 120cm. 以標榜5星級的飯店來說,住宿的品質跟星數不成正比,且飯店在裝修,健身房跟游泳池也都不能使用,性價比非常不高!
