"Great city, honest and friendly people. I can’t wait to be back in Taiwan. Great location and helpful staff. They even helped us secure a cab to the airport this morning. They contacted me for a pair of socks I left behind. I appreciated the self-serve laundry option. Hotel is located in the 14F shared with other stores like a post-partum service for moms. Might be a bit hard to find but it’s literally in front of a Blue Line station. Also, don’t miss out on Chiayi, Alishan, Sun Moon Lake, etc."

"The rooms are very nice and staff too. Great views over the park. The acoustics are great and you can hear guests ( who tend to talk rather loudly) in the corridors ar all times of day and night. Other than that it was a lovely stay. Location next to the park is awesome as so much wildlife to go and see. "

"Breakfast area too crowded. Long queue for just a toast bread.Room is not clean, I have bite from insert from the bed. Waiting times for lift is too long, 10 mins just able to get down. Location is great, just opposite Ximending."

"Bedroom area is large, but bathroom is small. All the furnishing are dated and worn. Windows are not sound proofed so lot of street noise enters the room. A honking truck or loud motorcycle would wake me up. Many other hotels at the same price, have newer facilities, better decor, nicer bathrooms. "
