Pluses: the hotel is located in the heart of Taipei City. Very convenient location with the MRT only a 3 minute walk away. The staff are friendly and helpful. Minuses: the facility shows its age and amenities were a bit lacking (for example no toothbrush /toothpaste provided). Tips: go for a room with windows. I had a windowless room and it felt depressing /musky.
