"Well maintained property. The pool is refreshing and has a children’s area. The location is ideal, across the street from Luquillo beach and the kiosks. Breakfast is adequate. All staff are friendly and helpful. There is a parking fee if you have a car on the property."

"The building itself feels a bit outdated and could benefit from more thorough cleaning. During my stay, one of the elevators appeared to be under repair, with its interior sides covered in what looked like moving blankets, which gave an unfinished impression.The condo is charming overall, but I also felt it could have been cleaned more carefully. There was some hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub, along with a few food spots on the refrigerator. I didn’t raise these issues with the host, as cleaning supplies were available and I was able to take care of them myself.That said, I didn’t experience any problems with the host and found communication to be smooth. Definitely a good location. "
