"The staff at Hyatt Regency were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The property is absolutely beautiful, clean, and well maintained. I especially loved their thoughtful idea of having ice machines and fresh water stations throughout the hotel. The pool was fantastic, and the beach was simply amazing. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our stay!"

"Absolutely wonderful stay! The beach views were beautiful albeit not being able to enjoy the waters due to rough conditions and rip tides - perhaps good for surfers? The staff was helpful and available. The room was HUGE - essentially an apartment! We hope to return again in the near future! 15/10 experience!"

"We enjoyed our stay! The location could not be better. Besides the ocean, pools and hot tub, my sons really enjoyed playing beach volleyball. The kitchen was well-stocked to prepare meals at the rental property. I suggest that more dish towels be provided (we only had one). The resort restaurants are just a short walk down the beach which is really nice. Everything was very clean and as described in the booking. We had a fair bit of trouble checking in and finding our room; but the host answered the phone right away and helped us figure it out. We had a washer and dryer in our room; but unfortunately the dryer was not working. We then used the coin operated dryers on the first floor. I suggest adding a coin machine or changing to credit-card operating machines since it's really hard to gather quarters when you are away on vacation!! Overall, we had a really great time, and we would come again!!"

"Our host, Luis was amazing! He communicated with us very well and even met us in person on the day of our arrival! There were concerns with some power outages so he had even booked us a different Villa to stay in just in case we needed it… This did not end up being the case, but his efforts to make sure that we had a comfortable stay were top-notch! The location was fantastic, as we were attending a wedding at the Wyndham resort on the same property. We enjoyed the beach there as well as Luquillo Beach, just a few miles down the road. The property was beautiful and clean, and served our purposes for our five day stay perfectly. We felt very safe with the 24 hour guard gate, as well as having our own remote control for the second set of gates, leading into the villas in cluster one. I highly recommend this host and his property!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation.We spent time visiting Old San Juan, El Yunque, and the nearby beaches, and it was the perfect place to come back to each day.The host was responsive, welcoming, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. It’s clear they take great pride in the property and care about their guests’ experience.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and memorable place to stay in Puerto Rico. "Although everything about our stay was amazing, the thing I want to talk about first is the communication with Luis, property management. I never expect a host to be immediate with a response/waiting for a text, but Luis always replied within about 30 min. Every problem we ran into, every question we had, he was ready to help! The water heater broke, he had a new one installed within hours. Just by ways of bad luck, the washer broke while we were there and he had a brand new one (fancy!) installed the next day. He arranged for a grill to be placed by the pool one night so we could grill and swim and play volleyball! He had snacks and sangria waiting for us when we arrived! 10/10!!The place itself had truly comfortable beds (rare in a lot of rentals) with loads of pillows! It had very nice pots and pans, and every appliance we could have needed (instant pot, blender, etc) The two balconies were perfect to lounge. The couches were comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out with 6 of us. It is true that the bathroom showers could use a little updating, but the water pressure was great.The resort and all of its amenities are a 7 min walk, except of the restaurant Iguanas, which was a drive/golf cart ride to the golf club (highly recommend!). We only used the resort pools twice (fun!), as the two on property are more than enough. The beach is soooooo close and AMAZING!We cannot wait to return to beautiful PR, and when we do, we will be staying here again!!"
