Live eight nights here. Frankly speaking, no any service attitude to customer from the restaurant female manager. Refuse my request to switch the breakfast from one day to another due to the very early check out of the last day. Please underatand I am paying for the good service from a five star hotel, but you make me feel I am facing a government office.

I stayed at the hotel from 11-13 Dec. I spent more to book a king bed room, but the room was not available when I checked in because they over-rented out their king rooms. I was offered a twin room but they offered to change me to a king bed the next day. On the following day, I changed to the king bed room. The room was warm and it was obvious that the AC was not functioning properly in room 3318. When the technician came, his advice was to open the window until I decide to go to sleep. Note that the hotel was still serving cold AC and not yet switched to heating mode. The more ridiculous thing is that when I was sending him out, the air in the corridor was much cooler than my room (supposed to be set at 16degrees Celsius with max wind speed). He suggested if I wanted to keep my main door open. Shall not stay here again if I return to Wuhan.

Close to a shopping mall where we can also find food. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Subway is not too far a walk from the hotel. Will definitely consider staying here on my next trip back to Wuhan.

Good Hotel
Overall was an excellent stay , hotel seems very new maybe about 2 years plus and in a very quiet location about 10mins drive from the main Hankou busy area and only 2 mins drive from the main Hankou railway station. Being a frequent Wuhan traveller, this is an up n coming area to he developed. However the airconditioning in my room and a few other rooms i viewed was not good amd can be improved vastly. Not sure if it is because the management feels winter is coming hence they tuned the airconditioning in the rooms. Another area for improvement is to provide champagne and better wines in the lounge as this will make Sheraton stand out amongst all other 5 star hotels in China. Overall, a very comfortable stay and will only return if the improvements are made.

The hotel is very new and stylish. A little bit far from tourist sites but very close to good local restaurants!

The hotel was very clean and nice. On a very hot day it was quite cool inside. One aspect I especially enjoyed was that the hotel did not smell like smoke. So many hotels here do.

Overall was ok, location is kind of far from subway and there was some left over food in my room from the previous occupant which was very disturbing.

Outstanding rooms
This is overall an excellent hotel, certainly in the quality and size of the rooms. Very high ceilings and sophisticated design...a nice blend of luxury and practicality. The hotel is connected to an average mall, but my stay was too short to check out what else is nearby. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good. A great place to stay for business, and excellent prices.

The location is a newly-developed area though it is in the centre of the city. In spite of this, the services overall are very good especially Wilson Liu of concierge who wa not only attendive to everything but was able to speak Contonese as he had learned it through his own effort. Indeed, learning Contonese is not easy. Another one is the Front Office Manager, who was polite and helpful.

Why can't I give an overall of 6?
This property's location in an area currently being developed near Hankou station is the only current drawback. Other than that, not enough superlative can be said about it. Restaurants are fantastic. Breakfast is unsurpassed. An adjacent shopping center provides my needed Starbucks. Lily at SPG reception is the most fantastic front desk person that I've met. The bathroom is the most spacious I've encountered outside of a suite. The bed is a highlight in their marketing and I can see why. Amazing comfort! The lobby does need a bit more seating. Oh, for hotel staff: please repair or replace the seal for the room window to the left of the bed. It allows noise and cold air into room. In summary, I have been more impressed with this property than some of the flagship St. Regis hotels.

Great Hotel and Room
When I first walked into my room I loved it. Very nice rooms and nice layout. Only pitfall is that there is no restaurants or shops in walking distance. Only one convenience store.
