"居住的附近有7-11也有一些餐廳很方便。 但是入住的時間是暑假期間， 櫃檯和緊急電話都是同一位管理員， 要出門買晚餐的時候發現無法上鎖， 打櫃檯和緊急聯絡電話很多通都無人回應，後來才知道因為櫃檯只有一位， 一個人要負責所有的事， 並且11點後不會有櫃台人員。 終於來協助測試很多次，可以鎖門後， 我們還是很擔心這個門鎖安全問題， 櫃檯說再發生的話，再幫我們換房間， 我們有詢問若11點沒有櫃檯後， 門又壞了不能鎖怎麼辦， 櫃台只回答：「應該不會」， 安全問題讓我們晚上感到很不安， 下次不會再來住的飯店。"

"Quite nice stay, rooms and bathroom very clean, beds are very firm and comfortable, A/C is efficient in cooling. The half board deal was quite nice especially dinner options were delicious. We took advantage of the shuttle to Jiaoxi Train Station. Overall stay was enjoyable. Although there are other more expensive options around town, this one was good enough value."

The only interesting thing in the hotel is the hot bath as seen in their listing and a bigger version at the common space that I didn’t try because I alr have one in my room. The room is subpar. The breakfast included is just a stub from the store across the street. The food ain’t bad but you would assume it’s a breakfast from the hotel. The staff are nice though. And gotta say, if you wanna hike Matcha Mountain, it’s a best spot. I ended up...
