Staff is friendly, room is big and clean, also there is a big spa in the balcony. Breakfast is variety food. Asian style and western style. The only thing the sounding area doesn’t have shopping store we need walk to the bus station but we also can take taxi to there. Overall this hotel is way nice.

Fantastic relaxing trip!

It was a fantastic vacation trip. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite! I’ve got early check-in and free shuttle service for pick up. The room is clean, spacious and love the big hot spring tub outdoor facing the green mountains! So relaxing to hear the sound of nature while having hot spring. When I used the public hot spring, I was a bit dizzy after several rounds, and the staff immediately help and gave me towels and drinks. They cared as a team that even when I checked out, the counter staff knows and care. That’s amazing hospitality service. The breakfast and dinner were good, especially the beef soup at breakfast!! Staff were very helpful and cheerful! The compliment sweet soy-soup in the afternoon was very nice too!!! It’s been a very relaxing and matched many of my expectations. Will recommend others to come visit!! Thanks for the staff team (the counter, the staff at hotpot dinner and breakfast, as well as the two ladies served at the public hot spring
 and the lady serving compliment tea and soy sweet soup at Blue Lagoon)
