Lovely hotel!

環境還是不錯，房務人員很親切，櫃台人員比前幾次入住好很多。不過，瑜珈要收費了，因為自助餐第一梯次已滿所以晚餐換到岩波庭也要加價，可惜不如以往好吃。入住時帶房的人員，可能是SOP改變了，就在入口口述房間的擺設。如果不是住過，會很困惑。 曾經是礁溪住宿的首選，希望能繼續維持。

小小美中不足

所有體驗都很棒！小小遺憾是因為在過年初六住宿可能人潮多，戶外泡湯池(需要穿泳衣的)有很多小朋友，下午時間所有泡湯池被佔滿沒有多的位置可以使用，戶外泡湯池沒有想像中的大，因為是換好泳衣走過去才發現的，只好在寒冷的天吹風站著等待很久才有位置，長輩有些不太滿意😅其他服務都很棒

房間寬敞舒適明亮，很有五星的水準，唯一的缺點床和客廳有個高低落差，很容易害人摔倒，後果不堪設想，晚餐很有水準，不論是多樣性或食物的新鮮度都很棒，還有一個小缺點，酒店到火車站轉運站的接駁車為什麼不固定整點30分一班，客人好記好規劃，非要弄個40分一班，很麻煩！其他都很棒！還會再來，希望能看到改善

可惜沒有介紹各項設施和入住期間可參加的活動

Check in後有轉人帶到房間，但只有沿路介紹環境，可惜沒有說明各項設施使用方式和可以參加的活動，以度假型飯店來說，這是最重要的，但卻隻字不提，有點不應該。房價和兩餐，自助晚餐菜色還可以，沒有特別的亮點，如果想睡晚點，自助早餐可以更換成套餐早午餐還不錯。退房後公共設施可以一直使用到傍晚六點很棒
