"Was in town for NCAA Tournament. I was there five nights and only had my room cleaned once. They say they clean it every other day and since I had two separate reservations it didn’t get picked up from system. I had to go to lobby to get towels at midnight and told them I didn’t have my room cleaned yet. This was the third night. I would have thought that my room would be a top priority. So the next day they didn’t clean my room until 430pm which was after I complained at 4pm. Then they only give you three towels to last two days. The breakfast was a free for all and usually ran out of food. Then my bill they changed me three separate times but there was only two reservations. I guess when you book from secondary party like hotels.com they sometimes do that to make up the price you were supposed to be charged. I am sure I will get the AI response where they will say we understand. I won’t come back. There was free parking so that was a plus. The shutter service says 3 miles but it wouldn’t take people to Enterprise Center, which is closer to 4 miles. Know your clients. A lot of people were there for the NCAA Tournament. I will say Erica was a good front desk worker. The guy working the late shift was a moron."

"The room furnishings were simple but of good quality. My room didn't have a bureau, which might have been inconvenient had I been staying longer than two nights. The heating/AC unit was quieter than some I've experienced. There's no carpeting, which I'm sure makes cleaning easier, but lent a bit of a monastic feel to the room. The water pressure in the shower was good. "

"Nice location. Plenty of trendy cocktail bars and dining in CWE. Clean room. Housekeeping refreshed every day, but didn’t replenish coffee, glasses or paper products. Water bottle filling station with ice maker in hallway was great. Walls super thin—heard everything from rooms nearby. "

"Everything was lovely from the second we pulled up to the moment we checked out. The porch light was on and the address was easy to read as arrived late at night. The property was very pet friendly. We spend a lot of time on the front porch. We walked to the Basilica and a coffee shop. Location was key for our stay and this location in the central west end was perfect! The kitchen was fully stocked with enough dishes for our large family. We appreciated the full sized washer and dryer. It was quiet and warm and comfortable. The property is beautifully updated. They have thought of all the things: charges by the beds, lamps in the right spots, ample toilet paper/towels & soap. The host checked in multiple times to see how things were going or if we needed anything. Lovely hosts. "
