Both Richard and Fraser on hand should they be needed. One wordbof caution the apartment is up 3 flights of stairs and the car parking could be better if you arrive in more than one car. That said we hadca great time over New Year"

"The apartment was in an excellent location right in the city and close to everything. It was spotless clean and very homely. We didnt use the cooking facilities but there was everything you could need should you want too. The bed was comfortable and warm and the ensuite was great. They had left tra, coffee, milk and sugar and a few toiletries. We had good communication from beginning to end. We would definitely use this apartment again and would recommend. "
