"Lovely room. Very big and nice with SKY glass tv 65 inch.
Had a shared bathroom with 2 other rooms which i didnt realise. This was a pain.
Good location though.

"This was easily the best place we’ve stayed all of our honeymoon! The staff were so sweet, room was beautiful and had an amazing view - breakfast was great and the bar was top notch as well! Definitely hope to make it out this way and stay here again "

10/10 Excellent
"Very nice and warm feeling from all the staff will be going back soon "
"Comfortable room at very reasonable price including full breakfast, which was excellent. Convenient for city centre, cathedral and cricket (my reason for trip). I travelled by train so can't comment on parking. It's an old inn so rooms are not super-modern but have character. It was very warm until I had had the windows open overnight. A fan was provided but I was glad I missed the predicted heatwave a few days later. With windows open there was a degree of street noise, e.g. bin lorries early morning. I will return provided there's no heatwave forecast!"
"Great price.
Good location.
Clean place.
Quiet rooms.
The only thing i didn't like was the check in information wasn't clear enough in advance. there was no one to speak to when I arrived and just check my e-mail to see their phone number or anything to contact them and found out that i just received an email telling how to enter the building. That e-mail should be in advance for clear instruction. "
"This flat was NOT what is pictured. There was no washer, no place to store clothing, it stunk, and the couch was not the sofa bed in the pictures or as originally described. We canceled upon walking into the flat. The host and stay company still have reimbursed me for the stay, even though it has been over 30 days. Although the location is good, the place is horrible and I would NOT recommend anyone staying here. Also the host company may be polite they are not helpful. After getting the main headquarters on the phone they found us a place 1.5 miles away from the area we were wanting, and only for 6 days. They stated they would search for another place for us to move after those days were up, but I never heard back from them. Had to book a place myself, even further away."
"The property was clean and comfortable. Parking is limited but not a problem for me as I parked outside the property. Great location with town centre just a short walk away. "
"Nice apartment but stank of smoke, wasnt super clean, and whilst the agency were very responsive, when i arrived, the front door didnt lock and the locksmith had to take it off its hinges to fix it"
"Prior to arrival, I had asked for details of the location and the key safe as it was unclear on Google Street View and even less clear when we arrived. The response from “Charlie” was not to worry but a map link would be sent. As the link to Google Street View had previously been sent with the arrival information, this wasn’t what I needed and incidentally, a map link wasn’t sent anyway. Ironically, when we eventually got into the flat, the QR code link inside the flat provided the information and a photo of the key safe location. For other guests, you might wish to make this clear with the arrival instructions. The Flat is in a good location and the car park across the pedestrian bridge was convenient. The accommodation was satisfactory but some improvements to the maintenance need to be made and a rethink of the cramped kitchen might be beneficial, particularly whilst work is ongoing to the flat below. Also, provision for hanging towels and a larger basin would be helpful in the shower room. The biggest problem with this Flat is the adjacent pub (The Pheasant), which has loud music until after midnight and Karaoke on Saturday. With loudspeakers on the outside decking of the pub adjacent to 26c New Street, guests must be prepared for sleepless nights. The booking process through VRBO was easy and the responses we had were quick but just lacked some thought.Overall, disappointed by the accommodation but not by all that Worcester has to offer."
