"We didn't meet the host but had helpful info about the property in advance at at the property. Everything was in good condition. The place was cosy in the midst of some particularly cold weather. Appreciated all the art work and books (though not there long enough to explore them fully)"

"From reception to check out brilliant. What a beautiful building and location right on the edge of the river severn. Restaurant was so xmassy and food delicious. Our room was for 4 with 2 bedrooms, spacious modern with everything we could wish for. Big bonus amazing views from balcony also. One particular older waiter was exceptional, such a grafter, and so good at his job....a credit to any hotel. Worked 8 till 11 sat night and again sunday morn ! Always courteous and friendly, nothing too much. Loved it ...going again next year "

"The apartment was in an excellent location right in the city and close to everything. It was spotless clean and very homely. We didnt use the cooking facilities but there was everything you could need should you want too. The bed was comfortable and warm and the ensuite was great. They had left tra, coffee, milk and sugar and a few toiletries. We had good communication from beginning to end. We would definitely use this apartment again and would recommend. "
