"Rooms are exceptional. Beautiful bed and bathroom. Little touches like items for breakfast and lovely toiletries make this a very special place. The owner Annika makes you feel very welcome. I will definitely stay again."
"Whitehouse Premier Inn was in a great lication, right in tye city centre. Parking was easy and not too expensive at £10 per night, lots of spaces when we went on a Saturday night in Sep so there was no need to book in advance. Would definitely stay again. "
"Good location close to the centre of Worcester.
Accommodation was clean and of a good standard for the price. The Fleming suite entrance was right next to the communal front door which you could hear when opened. Our room would have benefitted with a door chain which was missing or a bolt to make the property feel more secure.
Overall we had a good stay and would stay again in future. "

"This is a massive hotel. The lobby is tiny with staff of one behind glass. There was no staff available at checkout so nobody to tell that our bathroom sink didn’t drain. The hotel is very bare bones but the rooms are clean although the lobby carpet is not. "

"The hot tub and pool were closed for refurb disappointment as one of the reasons for booking hotel
Never mind the rest of the stay was top notch. Rooms beds and shower all top rate.
Must mention the Breakfasts which were cooked to perfection service in dinning room fantastic. "

The hotels setting was lovely on the banks of the River Severn yet and easy walk to the city centre and main sights. Our room was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, well presented and freshly cooked to order. We had a nice evening meal in the restaurant. "
