"Overall, the room was good, clean and comfortable so no qualms there although some more mugs or cups for water, spoons etc would be nice. The carpet up to the bathroom was dirty but the bathroom was modern and clean. The cooking smell from downstairs was very offputting but overall a decent stay and in a perfect location.👌 "

"Comfortable room at very reasonable price including full breakfast, which was excellent. Convenient for city centre, cathedral and cricket (my reason for trip). I travelled by train so can't comment on parking. It's an old inn so rooms are not super-modern but have character. It was very warm until I had had the windows open overnight. A fan was provided but I was glad I missed the predicted heatwave a few days later. With windows open there was a degree of street noise, e.g. bin lorries early morning. I will return provided there's no heatwave forecast!"

The only thing i didn't like was the check in information wasn't clear enough in advance. there was no one to speak to when I arrived and just check my e-mail to see their phone number or anything to contact them and found out that i just received an email telling how to enter the building.
