"Service exceptional from start to finish. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel has a great vibe in the heart of the city. The staff at the bar, reception and restaurant were fantastic and the housekeeping staff went out of their way to tend to an extra request or two. Breakfast selection was impressive and very tasty indeed! Thanks to Guvinder on Reception at check-in for the breakfast recommendation and for going that extra mile to deliver something special for our celebratory trip to Birmingham."

"The hotel is in an excellent location with restaurants and bars within minutes and the sea life centre around the corner. Clean, modern hotel with great staff. We had two double beds which were comfortable, complimentary water and coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was exceptional with a chef cooking fresh omelettes and pancakes. Will definitely stay here next time I am visiting Birmingham. "

"Good size room, clean & good facilities. Room was a little cold & took quite a while to warm up, however once heating got going it was comfortable. Breakfast choice was excellent. Staff very friendly & helpful. Hotel was in a good location."

"Perfect location for an event at Utilita (took us just under 10 minutes to walk it and felt safe whilst doing so). Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Stayed in a twin room which was spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee provided. Aircon was a life saver as we arrived on a particularly hot day. Beds larger than the average single and really comfortable. Stayed on the 15th floor and had a great view of countryside beyond. Was very quiet when we stayed but this was on a Sunday evening. The hotel is on a busy street with pubs, restaurants etc so imagine it may be louder on other nights. Close to a Sainsburys local and a Five guys. Complimentary breakfast was very good apart from the orange juice seeming watered down. It is self serve with hot and cold options and lots of choice."

"This hotel was about 10/15 mins walk from the Birmingham Utilita Concert Arena which is why we booked it. The lifts to the rooms were a bit of a faff to use as you had to swipe your room key/card"

She is a total gem, Hyatt hotels, hold on to her! Solely based on our interactions with her I have recommended your hotel to many of my friends and family, several are planning to visit Birmingham and stay with yourselves. Thank you Gabriela!!!! I was travelling with my 12 year old daughter for our first special night away (3 older brothers were left at home) and she didn't want to leave the hotel and has already made me promise to bring her back. Our room was amazing, plenty of space, and spotlessly clean! We paid extra to have access to the club room and it was well worth it. The atmosphere in the hotel was so relaxing and inviting. Breakfast was fresh and gorgeous. The doorman (unfortunately I didn't get his name but know he has been there well over 12 years) was so friendly. The girl (again didn't get her name) in the spa was lovely. Thank you to all, we will definitely be back sooner rather than later. Would and have highly recommended your hotel to everyone!"

"An excellent place to stay for either business or a city break. Only 15 mins walk from the station, easy walk to loads of sights and places to eat and drink. The staff were always lovely and helpful. The apartment was very well equipped, a good size and modern. They had filtered drinking water refills on every floor. The air on options were limited by the front desk but there was a handy WhatsApp which they replied to quickly and released extra controls in the room, took 5 mins. The bed was suuuuper comfy and the couch was great. And there is a NISA shop right downstairs for along groceries or snacks. I can’t fault it. Great value. "
