"The Kimpton is Asheville is a must stay! We loved the downtown location and our mountain view/sunset room was fantastic! Staff was helpful and friendly. Valet parking only but it was not overly expensive. Our room was beautiful and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved being able to walk to get coffee the next morning. Highly recommend!"

"We got this room for the jetted tub. Everything looked good at first. Once I started running the water in the tub I found numerous pubic hairs floating in water. Then I noticed black dots on the walls of the shower/tub. Which came off when I wiped them. So I started the jets and black stuff shot out of the jets. That’s where the black dots came from I guess. So obviously the tub/shower/jets aren’t cleaned very well. Also might want to mop the tile floor in the bathroom water stains everywhere."
