"Loved this cute little place and so did my teenage children. It’s the perfect getaway for a quiet peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle. I only have one suggestion, maybe look into a couch in the sitting area so a family can hang out together. Other than that we truly loved this place."

"My Mom and I were on the last leg of our girls trip and heading back to Virginia from Myrtle Beach and we wanted our last night to be unique and memorable - not another hotel stay! We couldnt have asked for more!! The renovated Mill was so beautiful and the river views were exactly what we needed! We enjoyed our morning coffee in the hot tub and then took a walk around the property before heading home. I would definitely go back and highly recommend this property."

"We had an amazing time at this cabin!! It was such a beautiful home with an incredible view. We spent a minority of our time out on the back deck which was incredible. The cabin was clean and had plenty of dishes and blankets etc. The owners were available whenever I messaged them and they gave many resources for things to do in the area!!"

"It’s a lovely home. Needed to get batteries for the ceiling fan remote. Grill was unusable. Everything else was great. Had hoped for Mountain Views but the lookouts were not far."

"Great yurt with all the comforts of home. I stay in a look pf vacation rentals and this one is very well equipped! They have everything you could need from a long nose lighter for camp fires to bug spray. There were even snacks waiting for us, stuff to make s'mores and treats for my pup. These people know how to run a rental and it shows with their attention to detail. We loved the hike down to the creek (hike up is a workout with 200ft of gain over .25 miles) and our dog loved all the wide open...

"My wife and I wanted a nice getaway in the mountains and this was a great place to be. It's very secluded and you're truly one with nature. We took a hike down to the river and it was great. I am sure in the spring it would be a wonderful place to fly fish. If you want a getaway PeaceLodge is for you!"

"We were really impressed with the area, the Yurt, and the location of the property. It was very scenic and quite private, while enjoying the bubbling creek from the attached deck and comfy chairs. Inside, it was nicely appointed and very welcoming for my wife and I on our 21st Anniversary get-away from Coastal Virginia. Not many Yurts will have such nice and upgraded amenities like the pellet stove, luxury tub and shower, the loft bedroom, and of course the outdoor hot tub. Perfect for the two...
