"As of May 2026, this place is undergoing some much needed TLC. Rolls of carpet and padding were in the exterior corridors. All guests are being booked in one general area. Elgenius was extremely concerned when I reported a non working refrigerator. We were relieved when we realized it was not plugged in. There were unopened, warm, boxed pizzas in the refrigerator. This shows the cleaning staff did not notice there were items in the refrigerator and that it was not cooling. The room was clean but not overly so. If you are staying one night and want a reasonable place to stay, go ahead. If you are staying longer or expect clean and crisp, stay away. When the renovation project is complete, perhaps things will be better. Oh, the walkway by the exterior rooms are badly in need of a power washing."
