"This is a beautiful property. The home is lovely and the yard area was wonderful for our dogs. The kitchen is the most well stocked I have ever seen in a rental property. There are plenty of spices and all the pots and pans you could need. Host is very helpful and accommodating while the on site caretakers were very friendly. We highly recommend staying here."

"Wonderful property for a group! The view and backyard were amazing. Comfortable rooms, clean interior and kitchen with anything you could ever need (just maybe more wine glasses). While it feels far from town, it was super close (driving) and easy to get to. Would love to stay in the summer next to take advantage of the pool. "

"A sweet little cabin near the Yuba River and Nevada City, CA. We stayed for Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen is modest, but we found everything we needed to make an amazing Friendsgiving feast! And we brought a few of our own tools just in case. We enjoyed the hot tub off the back porch under the canopy of oaks and pines. We loved playing games in the warmth of the "wood" stove (gas). The property is wild and wooded with 3 cabins of differing sizes - Papa, Mama and Baby. We saw hawks, deer, squirrels and turkeys. There are trailheads nearby and Nevada City is a 10 minute drive for sundries, restaurants, etc.. We had a very peaceful and quiet time here."

"The cabin is great! We absolutely love it, especially my mother. We have stayed a few times for her birthday now. We only regretted not booking for a third day. Thank you very much for having us. I apologize for leaving my mom’s cheesecake in the fridge when we left. "

"I just stayed for one night- visiting family. The family was friendly and also gave me space. My favorite thing was the pond, with many koi fish. My area included a bedroom , bathroom with sauna, and a rec room with a giant tv, treadmill, ping pong table and fooz ball table. The bed was very comfortable and the night was peaceful. I would visit again."

"Great place to crash if you're visiting the river, 10 minutes from Oregon Creek Park, which is an awesome spot to hit with kids. Pretty sparse surroundings and it's deep in the woods, so it's remote and private. Space itself is set up for 2 people, if you bring more people (wouldn't recommend more than 2 adults, 2 kids) you should bring an air mattress and your own bedding. It is a no frills space, so if there are items you consider essential to your world, bring them with you. It does have a powerful air conditioner which we were grateful for at the end of August. We'll be back, proximity to the river and the price can't be beat. Now that we know it's pretty rustic we will pack more essentials and be extra cozy there. "
