"We travelled to Oxford for a break from city life and found this lovely hotel. The service was great on check-in. The bar service was also very good. Drinks were a little bit on the pricey side of things. Our room was lovely and well presented and we found the bed to be really comfortable. There was one issue however. at night the balcony lights would come on automatically, which meant light attempted to shine into the room. If I woke up early without looking at the clock, I think the Sun was rising. "

"I wasnt in the main building which wasnt an issue Cleanliness was the major issue i had with my room as it was very dusty in certain parts. Whilst i was in the shower, i found water leaked from the front (soaking the bathroom floor). The lift didnt work upon my arrival, which was an inconvenience with my luggage."
