"Tv reception was very poor in the evening for some reason. The location of the bear proof dumpster was not made evident to us. The carpet was very dirty and they didn’t try to clean it during our 8 day stay."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the Rio Grande. The padded deck furniture made sitting there very comfortable. The Great Room was very comfortable and the huge table for meals and cards was nice. Having a quality washer and dryer was nice. We really appreciated the unique ceiling fans in each bedroom. The negatives to the place are pretty minor—there was a slight odor when you first come into the house through the front door, there were several spider webs on light fixtures and the twin mattresses downstairs were uncomfortable. We definitely enjoyed our first time in South Fork and would stay here again on any return visits"

"The hot tub is a real asset! The beds were very comfortable and clean. The silverware and plates, etc were very nice. Our host was very responsive. The floors were clean for the most part. However the overhead fan was covered with dust about 1 inch thick and there was dust and cobwebs on the walls. The fireplace was wonderful. There is no air conditioning but the cool temps at night kept everything comfortable. Being pet friendly was essential to us. The two tv.s were excellent. And the coffee was very good!"

"The room was clean and comfy. A bit warm, but you know, July. The box fan helped a lot. The night temps were amazing. The rain on the tin roof of the patio was perfectly arranged with👆😇"

"We loved our stay! The house is located very close to town, within walking distance or an easy bike ride. ATV access was also very convenient. The views from the deck are beautiful!We especially loved that every bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom, it made our kids feel extra special. The kitchen was well stocked and even had extra seasonings and supplies for cooking and baking, which was a nice touch in case you forgot something.We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer, especially with kids, and having the river right there. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!"
