We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Spruce Lodge! It was quaint, quiet at night, very thoughtful with snacks and water and coffee that were complimentary. TV and Wi Fi was great! You absolutely can’t beat the price anywhere!!! We will definitely stay here again!

Lodge has been nicely updated and while the rooms are small, it is more than adequate. Bathroom has been retrofitted; shower could be small for larger clients. We had no problem and the owners are very helpful!

It was quaint and clean. Old school mom and pop place. Everything was tidy. The walls are thin but our neighbors were quiet for NYE. Good value.

Stayed one night after a long drive and I have to say it was perfect. It’s clean, quiet, modern and convenient. You also get some snacks and a water bottle which is really appreciated especially when there isn’t supermarkets around. Loved it!

Spruce Lodge lives up to its name

The new management is doing a wonderful job of making guests feel welcome. The Lodge is exactly as advertised and a very good location. There are walking trails nearby and the river flows right next to the lodge so it is a pretty sight to wake up to. We were a group of 10 in 4 rooms.

Windows were very dusty and dirty . Filled with bugs , eww . It’s also not dog friendly , which I was very disappointed. Owner allowed my dog to stay which was nice of her. Overall wasn’t a bad stay just small things I didn’t like. Also no kitchen and the rooms are very tiny
