"Microwave broke on Christmas Day. Offer was made to replace it but holiday interfered with finding a suitable time prior to my departure so I used the cooktop to heat my food for the last three days of my stay. The cleaning person was very kind and helpful. That was my second stay at Concept Apartments and I will definitely stay there again if I am in London in the future. Highly recommend these apartments. "The room and the staff were excellent as was the breakfast with only some confusion about what type of fried egg was required and the subsequent time taken mean that had almost eaten half of rest before meal came. This is obviously a very minor point but it would be good to streamline the process a bit. I would both recommend and stay again in a heartbeat given the quality and location."

In between two main tubes and downhill walk through Kensington Gardens to all the museums"
