This place was clean and the subway station is super close along with various bus rout options. There's loads of eating options and a couple of markets within walking distance. Very easy to check in and out.

We had a great stay here, and Amin was an excellent host! The apartment is very spacious, a short walk from Earl's Court station, which has both District and Piccadilly lines, and there are grocery stores nearby :) When at the station, take the Earl’s Court Road exit and turn left towards the hotel. Note: When you reach the big black reception door, check the sign below the door phone on the left for the digits to press to reach the reception and be let in. The best supermarket is M&S Foodhall, which instead is located down the road to the right from the station, but you'll also pass a Co-op, which is fine, as well as one or two smaller stores on the way to the hotel.

Nevern say Nevern again.

Comfortable enough. Extra bed is a cot. Not entirely the best for sleeping. London was unusually hot. No air conditioning. Room only had ceiling fans. Kitchen and laundry in room is a plus. Enough room for two. But bed is very close to closet so the closet was cramped to open. Condition of property was very good though. And cleanliness was quite evident. Would stay again but in a larger room. Near Earls Court tube stop and good food shopping so you can cook in the room.

The toilet was not working and they kept telling us that the maintenance would come and fix it but they failed to do so for our 3 day stay. I had to go to the reception many many times to ask them on the status of the maintenance, they said they would change our room if maintenance is unable to fix it, however there was no update.

Perfect except some operation

Location was just great, and their equipment and amenity was really well considered and perfect. People were great too. However the operation were looked not great in some aspect, big mis-charge of accommodation was there then not very helpful for recovery and hard to get answer for email inquiries during stay etc. except that I felt it was perfect place to stay.

Nicely decorated and clean but a couple of issues

The apartment was very clean, bed comfortable and was well equipped in the kitchen. I had a couple of issues in that the oven which is a combined oven and microwave wasn’t working. I had bought my dinner and breakfast from the local M&S which I couldn’t heat. Fortunately the receptionist who was lovely heated my dinner for me and I just didn’t bother with breakfast. There isn’t air conditioning in the rooms only fans which due to it being a stifling night I had to keep on all night and they were extremely noisy. I couldn’t see where you could turn heating up if you stayed in the winter either so would be worried it could get cold!! . I probably wouldn’t stay again in the summer due to this. The staff were truly lovely and thank you to the lady that helped me out.
