"Horrible staff. Condescending and ignorant at the same time.. was left waiting for a member to come to the desk for over 20 minutes! After the 20 minutes I helped myself to the master key behind the desk to re-enter my room (pics for proof). I would never stay here again, and am honestly rethinking best western in general because of this experience. Also all digital amenities do not function (Netflix, on-demand, etc.) so be prepared for basic cable and a basic hotel."

"The property was clean and as expected. The host was very quick to respond. Getting into the house was a slight challenge as the door was sticking but the host responded quickly with help. One downside is the lack of parking for such a big house but the host provided clear instructions on alternatives that were near by. Its within walking distance of shops and restaurants which was so convenient. We had a blast. Would recommend!"

"Clean room, friendly staff. Need more lighting by mirrors. Very dark in doorway too. When someone is using the bathroom/shower you lose most of the lighting. "

"great place to stay. love that no pets are allowed! (except service animals, of course) don't even mind that the breakfast is light since Caribou Coffee is across the parking lot. I would stay again if I was in the area."

"We had no need of the laundry facilities as the stay was rather short. The house was nice and as far as I know, my group will likely stay again next year. This time the weather was bad and only half of the group of 10, was able to be there. The owner was always available for communications and answering questions. Great hosts! This was my groups first vrbo."
