Book a Excelsior Resort

"The gentlemen that checked us in was not happy to be at work and said very little except the necessary words like”ID” and”credit card”. After we were done checking in the last thing he said was “elevator is on the left.” Not our room number or any other instructions. Got to our room and noticed I was charged about $100 more than what I should have been, called the front desk and asked about it. Again, the “delightful” receptionist informed me it was a deposit, useful information to have said when you were charging it! The last straw was laying in bed and watching an ant crawl across the sheets. After being greeted so terribly, we already didn’t want to stay there and wished we could book somewhere else but then with the ant, I WILL NEVER stay there again."
