"Beautiful property, nearly new, comfortable beds."

"As usual we loved our time in the penthouse. Appreciate the new king bed and pretty windows. Must say we don't like how the outside Emporium lights shine into the bedroom even with the blinds tightly closed. I also see the hours for Mullets and don't understand why they turn their music on at 7am. "

"We stayed here while my son was going to a hockey camp at SWMS. Location was so close to the campus but we were able to walk to coffee, restaurants and shopping. Owners were responsive and a pleasure to work with. "

"Everything about this place was great - location, cleanliness, size. It was a great place to stay for a few nights. We would choose this place the next time we visit. Rooftop deck was nice and outdoor seating was a nice touch. Multiple places within walking distance to eat at."

"The house is in the ideal location to walk to Arnold's Park, and the Okoboji Store! The owners had great communication and the house was perfect!"

"Great location and unit was a perfect size for our needs. Bed comfortable, and unit clean. The kitchen appliances were good with lots of pots and pans, but not a lot of extras in the kitchen. We improvised a bit. Luckily, there is a large grocery store literally next door, which was super handy. Definitely would stay here again."

"We had a great stay in Marshall as we were visiting for a hockey tournament. Great location, walking distance to many restaurants and bars, and nice amenities. Just a few minutes drive from the Red Baron ice rink. We’re so glad we found this great place yo stay!"

"The place is in the perfect area to explore the Okoboji area.. Along with being immaculately clean and everything anyone would ever need to stay for a long weekend. Sherry and staff were awesome 👌.. Would definitely stay there again, along with telling people we know, this is the place to Stay!!!👍👍 Definitely 5 Star!!"
