"This Rosen is on the low end of the Orlando Rosen franchise, but it’s a decent stay at a decent price. Rooms were clean. One smelled nice and fresh, the other was musty. Beds are doubles so not much space for sleeping, but they are nice quality and comfortable. Roll away beds are available, it’s basically a mat on a metal spring, but a kid can get by with it. Refrigerators were extremely disappointing as there was no temp control. They seemed like just drink chillers so I kept my food in the cooler and kept refilling the ice, which was not the plan I had in mind for a room that came with fridge. We got ground level rooms and there was a nice little fountain courtyard, however people did walk by at all hours of the night and could be heard from outside. We didn’t hear between our two rooms, but we could hear from outside. I appreciated the review that noted the vacation sales team. They tell you it’s a “welcome package” with “discounts to local restaurants” and other specials. I told them the truth, we were only in town for a sports meet and had no time for vacation extras. They didn’t bother us and we got the kids to bed without waiting for a sales pitch. All in all not my favorite Rosen location. But got the job done for what we needed, which was sleep and a decent price. "

"From beginning to end we had an excellent stay. Excellent staff. Very clean and modern. Beautiful super large pool. Poolside cocktails and bar and grill food. Excellent breakfast. Great getaway for a few nights or a week. Can’t wait to return. They run a resort the way a resort should be run. No worries for the guests. Cheers!"

"This is our third time at this hotel. First two times is was a Liki Tiki, even when I booked it this time it was Liki Tiki. The transition hasn't stopped the quality of service. Some things not working properly as they get transitioned. The only down side abput the Hilton transitions is I'm sure we wont be able to afford it next time. "

"The Dolphin never disappoints, proximity to Epcot is ideal. The hotel is always clean and rooms are comfortable and spacious. Staff is attentive and ready to make your stay more welcoming."

"Nice resort. Not many complaints. Only 2 things my family and I didnt like was 1. The breakfast line is extremely long. With the amount of guests that go in the morning they should have a least another lane/section for food. You have to wait in a long line to even seeve yourself. 2. If you dont park your car early then you have to literally park in the fron of the resort because there is literally no parking anywhere because of how packed it can get. Its very inconvenient especially due to the fact that you have to pay 30 per night to park. If they didnt charge for parking then i would suck it up but to pay a total of $60 to have to walk easily 10 minutes to my car stinks. Also not very handicap friendly. Only certain buildings have elevators and the buildings do not connect plus there isnt handicap parking near most of the buildings. Very inconvenient as we had a wheelchair. "
