"Not able to have hot or cold tea during breakfast at their restaurant and floors left me walking in sticky shoes. Fire alarm triggered and told by valet it happens all the time. No lobby restrooms due to construction"

"Great location if you're here for the beach (just steps away). Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was hot&cold but pretty basic. Housekeeping only every 3rd day (fine with me) but you can request additional towels and items anytime. It's a pretty old hotel so the rooms are also pretty basic and unfortunately we were there for heavy rains so a few of our rooms experienced leaks requiring relocation. A/C was fine. There is a good restaurant across from the hotel but most of the other restaurants, stores and nightlife are on the other side of the island, about a 5-10 min car ride. Bottom line, works for a beach location but don't expect too much. "

"Breakfast was below par and no microwave in the room…while traveling away from home a microwave is important to warm up food or coffee…front desk staff was great and room was clean…and pool was great … I gave an average grade because of no microwave…housekeeping was pleasant … I really was disappointed with the below par breakfast."

"Very dated room with gross shag carpet…and to top it off my husband had a huge roach in the shower the morning we left…we understand critters are somewhat uncontrollable things but just topped off our feeling of how old and dirty the room was….especially for the price. Only upside was hotel amenities. Checkin/out and everything on property besides the room was satisfactory."
