It is within walking distance to all the cool restaurants and attractions in Stuttgart. There is a police substation/parking area nearby, so feels super safe. They had great facilities and secure parking. I was on a trip with a super car rental so this really mattered in case other tourists are concerned about safety of their vehicles.
