gym was closed (no information about that was available when booking). Room was freezing cold when I entered (heating wasnt on). Rezeption didnt want to print the invoice for the stay (have to collect it online). Overall, not a great experience.

One little comment: unfortunately the communication door between the 2 booked rooms was locked. Unfortunately after several attempts by one of the employees the door could still not be unlocked.

The fitness center is very old, the treadmill is very old, it doesn't even have a cable anywhere, but I went there to exercise. I came back without using anything. Since you won't let me use anything. Why are you opening a fitness center? It does not suit such a hotel. It's a very bad situation. rooms are narrow.

TThe only plus point is that the property is walking distance to the airport. The check in staff was rude. The drains of the wash basin and the tub were very sluggish. Ankle deep standing water in the bathtub and all the remnants of the shaving hair in the basin when the water slowly drained away. Yucky. The tread mill and the exercise bike both not working in the fitness center.

the 1st room we checked into the drainage was smelling terrible. I could not stay in the room 511 (suite) ... the staff were great in sorting it out but even 311 did smell bad also after using the shower. the cleaning was bit rough (attention to details missing dusty bits of floor and bathroom ...floors general not super clean (sorry just been honest).

The property was very nice. The only thing that really made me mad was that when I made the reservation in the website it said that parking was available at 17 euros. When I got to the place the parking space was very limited and it was no more parking for us. The lady told my husband that he needed reservation to park there. I wished the website had more specifications like limited parking and reservation needed!!! We ended parking at the airport, 10 minutes walk, and paying 27 euros for parking. I was with my kids and it was very inconvenient.

Gutes Hotel, welches fußläufig vom Flughafen Stuttgart zu erreichen ist. Der Empfang war freundlich, der Check-Inn ging schnell. Das Zimmer war für eine Familie sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr gut. Insgesamt herrschte eine gute Atmosphäre im Hotel.
