Comfortable and cozy home in a great neighborhood very close to everything.

We stayed two nights for our daughter’s wedding in Healdsburg. It was so comfortable for the 4 adults staying there. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Perfect place in a great location!

Our family had a wedding to attend in the area and the accommodations were perfect for us! Close to everything. We appreciated having some staples available too (coffee!). Would stay there again for sure!

Perfect!

This was a perfect location for visiting family & friends in Windsor and Healdsburg. The house is very clean, and you feel right at home when you walk in the front door. We have booked again for our next visit….. :)

Great girls weekend

We had a great stay at MaryAnn’s house. Perfect space and amenities for our girls getaway. Convenient and Great location- shopping center down the road had everything we needed- coffee, bank, restaurants, grocery store. We had a great stay.

This property is in a perfect location. Very close to wine country and lots of good places to eat. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Wine country home

The home was spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfect location for visiting the many nearby wineries. The nearby park was a bonus! We enjoyed a nice 2 mile walk with great vistas in the morning before heading out to the wineries

Great house!

We had a great girls' weekend at this place. A short drive from Windsor, Healdsburg, and vineyards. We had space for the three of us to sleep, made easy breakfasts, and enjoyed the putting green after a day of touring. Mary Ann was helpful and available when needed!

Nice stay in Windsor

There is road noise but nothing that is not tolerable. We’ve stayed here a few times and we’ve never been awakened by any traffic noise. House is cozy and very clean. Very quiet neighbors. We’ve always enjoyed it here. And. Regional Park is right around the corner.

Amazing home away from home!

Mary Ann's home is truly a wonderful gem. Right in the heart of Windsor, close to stores, restaurants and wineries. We had a wonderful during our DryCreek Valley pasaaport weekend, and rested once we got to the house. The home is immaculate and clean. Just as described

As others have stated, very clean immaculate property. Perfect to chill out in, room to spread out, hang in the kitchen, outside, or nicely furnished living room. 3 separate bedrooms, one with master bath, also liked that both showers had hoses (vs. just a shower head.) Very private, didn't feel like any neighbors were watching/that sort of thing. Felt very comfortable here, would highly recommend.

Really Excellent Vacation Home

We found the house to be very well put together and very well maintained. The furnishings were nice, not cheap. The layout is great for visiting and hanging out. Our host was easy to reach and very helpful in the days leading up to our stay. The putting green in the back yard is a quirky bonus -- we actually enjoyed using it. The neighborhood is quiet, parking is easy. It's in a central location for going on excursions around the region. Really a first-rate rental experience. Thank you!

Wedding in CA

The perfect place for us. We attended a wedding in Santa Rosa so this was a great location for us. So much better than a hotel. The kitchen was stocked well. I had a little glitch the first night….I locked my phone in the place and all of the codes were on that phone. We figured out how to send Mary Ann a note. Thank goodness she was near her phone and helped us out! We really loved our stay there and used the back yard a few evenings.

We enjoyed our one week stay at this well located property. House was clean and well equipped. Loved the proximity to Foothills Regional Park where we went hiking three times. We were in Sonoma County for our annual wine country trip and the location was close to the wineries we wanted to visit without the high prices of Healdsburg. Not the most charming house and the outdoor space is a bit less enjoyable due to traffic noise but overall a good property and a good value.
