Loud room in front of elevator and staff entry area. The elevator was fine but the staff kept letting the door slam behind them every time they used their entry door. Disgruntled guests at every turn - one accusing the staff of stealing from their room, the other challenging staff to a fight when they were asked to turn their music down. Chairs available at beach but there is a charge for use of an umbrella??? Area quiet. Not a lot of restaurants or things to do

We stayed there for our 49th wedding anniversary. Usually a hotel will send a bottle to your room; not this hotel. The people who work at this hotel are not happy and it shows in their attitude with the customers. In my opinion, there needs to be a management change at the top to produce a happier atmosphere and employees who are more customer oriented.

The room was outdated but overall great experience. I enjoyed the water filters throughout the property. I enjoyed ordering food in pool area. Very clean just needs updated rooms

It was good, we were sad the slide didn’t work but everything was great
