"Busy casino nice room. Plenty of restaurants. Pool had a bar a nice setting over looking the river. Room had a balcony would have liked to have had some sort of chairs even though we’re up 25 stories. Probably some sort of safety thing. All in all we enjoyed our time in the area."

"We were extremely disappointed with the Harrah's in Laughlin. Granted we hadn't been there in many years but it was an awful experience. The hotel was old, dingy and the rooms were sooo dirty!!! They said they had cleaned them but I have pictures of how filthy they were, hair in the sink, on the pillowcases, the room smelled bad, there were toothpaste stains in front of the sink, there were dirty handprints on the doors, spilled sticky substance on the table. It was sooo bad, we will never ever come back here again"

"No amenities at all. Garbage under chair. What looked like mold between tub and toilet. Casino was okay. Food was good. "

"My only complaint is the parking... I get the valet parking. However, you have the structure identified as self parking but the 1st 2-3 levels is marked off for valet and then the other is for the private gambling club so I have to park in the opposite part of the parking structure. I pay for my room and resort fees like everybody else I should not have parking issues the way I did this last week..."

"Didn’t expect much for the price. Seems like this casino/ resort is way past it’s hay day. Location was good for a night. Hard to believe someone would make this a vacation destination. Everything is run down and in need of refurbishing. The tub in our room had a constant leak (just left the fan on to drown out the annoying drip.) They actually shut the water off to the entire resort from 11pm to 5am for maintenance. Wasn’t the worst stay, but wouldn’t come back. Even at that price. "

"Dirty showers, outdated room that need to be painted, NOISY air conditioning, bathroom door falling off the hinges. I couldn't wait to get out of there."
