"The property is great if you plan staying outside. The pool and beach areas are nice. The staff is super nice (there was one staff member who was rude but I don’t hold that against the rest of the staff). The bars have yummy cocktails. The rooms are rundown and smell like mildew. Housekeeping only comes if requested. "

"This property far exceeded our expectations! We traveled with our three grown children and their families to a family wedding at Havasu Springs Resort. The entire event was magical. The house is not only large, but also well appointed. The chefs dream kitchen was fun for our budding chefs to utilize.. The cherry on top of the cake, was the amazing garage filled with “adult toys”. Every vintage arcade game that you could hope or dream of.was available with no quarters necessary! Although riverfront the property was well secured so we had no fear of our toddlers playing outside on the beautiful decks both downstairs and upstairs! The host was available and responsive for all questions before and during our stay. We not only highly recommend this property, but will also be staying there again ourselves."

"Staff was incredibly rude pushing me out after hearing my truck was stolen from their parking lot. I explained I would be extending my stay since I had no way to leave but needed to call the police first. They kept banging on my door and calling the room over and over while I tried to make my report - it was insanely crazy how they treated me after knowing my situation "
