"Simple studio with all you need plus a great view of the river. The boat dock is in bad shape and needs repairs. Parking area is a little tight. Would definitely stay again. "

"It is difficult to find a space that has enough bedrooms for our family and friends that is on the water. This was perfect. 6 adults and 2 small children with lots of room to spare. It could be shared with a second family. The loft off the kitchen was great for my daughter and her babies. It has privacy along with it's own outdoor access. The living area is spacious. The game room is super fun for all ages. The kitchen is well stocked. We bbqd on the back porch. There is lots of seating area inside and out.The upstairs porch was cool in the mornings for a nice coffee view. All the beds were comfortable. The decor is beautiful. The AC worked amazing and definitely needed out there.The location is close to town and easy access from the main street. I cooked most meals, but a boat ride to Pirates or Roadrunner for lunch was easy and fun tpo. Launching the boat is just down the road. The small pool stayed a perfect temperature and was great for the little ones.We fished of the dock for hours and enjoyed sunsets. I'm trying to think of all the things, since i love to read reviews before we stay someplace. The host was easy to access and very helpful. I hope to come back again for our annual river trip.
