Nautical Estates Hotels, Lake Havasu City

"We (me, my Mr.) had a few days to ourselves so we decided to head down to Havasu for a couple of nights to try out our new paddleski. This location was perfect for what we needed. The room we had (518) was on the ground level at the entry, but on the 2nd floor at the back where our patio overlooked the small beach, waterpark, and, lake. It had a king sized bed, double vanity sinks and a separate sitting room with its own couch and TV. There was plenty of room to spread out and had all the amenities we needed (microwave, large fridge and freezer, small coffee maker, pool towels, and hair dryer). Check-in is at 4 pm and we ended up waiting until 4:30 because our room wasnt ready but we wandered around and checked out the fantastic pool, coves, hotel guest boat dock and water park. I saw security walking the property at all hours. The staff was super friendly and consistently updated us on our room. Zero complaints! Its an older property but has been well taken care of and it shows. It sits directly on the lake. Definitely recommend! "

"The hotel is located close to everything, Denny’s, Dutch Brothers, grocery stores are all in walking distance. The room was clean and quiet, with parking close to the room. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to town."
