"Clean and safe"

"The conditions of this hotel were awful. There was no light bulb in the light next to the bed and it was unplugged, the lamp shades were all full of holes, we asked for another pillow and they said they didn't have one, the towels were all thread baren and hardly dried you, the corners in the bathroom were filthy, the ice machine was not working (I had fallen on a hike and needed to put ice on the injury) the internet was hardly working and when it did it was very slow. There was a sign on the wall saying they were working on the internet with a company to get it resolved. It was on the wall for the whole 10 days we were there and it looked like it was there forever. The staff were always on their phones texting and didn't even know you were at the counter. The lamp next to the bed looked like it hadn't been dusted for weeks. The refrigerator shelf was broken so when you set something on the shelf it tilted and everything fell off onto the floor. I was very disappointed in the hotel and the room. The side door to the hotel was never locked leaving the hotel open to anyone walking off of the street. The showerhead was all calcified over and over half of the holes wouldn't work. "

"I had no interaction with any staff member. I did like the self serve check-in. The room was run down. My husband and I agreed that the bed was the worst bed we have ever slept in. It was lumpy, bouncy, and had indentations from wear. This hotel has definitely gone downhill."

"The hot tub is cool water and jets don’t work. The “beach is a dirty mess . One plug in the entire room. No fridge or micro. Only good thing was the EV charging free"
