The weather was a rollercoaster - beautiful and fairly warm the first two days, then it snowed and got quite cold. We stayed warm and cozy thanks to the gas log fireplace - added great ambiance. The cabin is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, the Tri-Cities area and North Carolina. We'll definitely stay again when we come back to the area. Mike was a great host - easy to reach and provided info on places to go. "
