"Convenient location near interstate and close to shopping and restaurants. Target is directly across the road as are a few restaurants. Parking seemed adequate. Staff were pleasant and efficient at both check-in/out. While it seemed to be an older property, everything worked ok and my room was clean with no surprises. "

"Although it is only 25 years old, the hotel is built on the model of a hotel that stood in the same place 100 years ago. It looks like one of the finer hotels that railroad tycoons built during the 1800s to attract tourist trade. The staff was exceedingly polite and professional. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. We were there to hear a concert at a local venue, which was 5 minutes away. If we had someone studying at East Tennessee STate University, I would imagine no better place to stay. "

"We love this property. Very affordable and clean. Wish there was other outdoor seating besides Gazebo because wood bees had taken over. We have stayed several times when we come to see family and will continue to do so."
