This was the second time we stayed here. The hotel and our room were very clean. The faucet on our sink was a little hard to pull up and then let out a very strong stream of water. The shower unfortunately never got more than luke warm. Both of these do not occur durng our first stay so I’m sure it was just the room we were in.

We selected the Country Inn & Suites Jonesborough as our hub throughout our 12 day stay which was due to the loss of a family member. Room was clean, breakfast was good, coffee in lobby was appreciated, lovely sitting area for guests in lobby, pool is spacious and clean (there were even some kids inflatable pool items to use), overall wonderful. All of the staff we encountered over our stay were incredible. Aiden was a joy to communicate with and provided fantastic service for every inquiry. Eddie went above and beyond to make our stay unmatchable. The level of service and professionalism prompted us to add additional rooms to our reservation for family members who came to town for funeral services. I cannot recommend this location highly enough. Thank you to Eddie and all the staff.

The room was great. It was just the pool that was colder than it should’ve been for an indoor pool during the winter time. I booked this hotel due to my flight getting canceled twice. It was more money and farther away from the airport but I wanted something fun for my kids to do while we waited to get home. They couldn’t tolerate how cold it was so that part was very unfortunate.

This hotel is okay. The staff was nice and courteous. The room was very clean and welcoming. The cons where there was no breakfast and no mention that the breakfast was not available. Additionally the shower in the room would not produce hot water; even after 10 minutes of running. We will most likely not stay there again.

Staff great. Rust on handicap handles in bathroom needs to be buffs out. Grout lines in the accessibe bathroom needs to be redone. Floor tiles uneven and looks like water pools there so doesnt look nice. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast good. Clean room and very comfortable beds, efficient heat. Nice balcony to go look at the light overnight snowfall. Nice breakfast area but juice machine was out of order but they did have apple juice in cups. All that were interacted were very pleasant and helpful.
