"Stayed on the 16th floor with waterfall views of American and Horseshoe Falls. I could sit in front of that window all night long. There were some dead bugs on the window ledge which I quickly cleaned up for obvious reasons. The beds were very comfortable and never used the TV since the views were that spectacular. The one negative thing was the tub. Strange bottom, shaped like a U, not flat. Tub was very slippery.
Aside from all of that, the stay was excellent. We ate one night at their Italian restaurant overlooking the falls. Pricy but excellent."

Front desk staff were wonderful; parking not on site, but super easy and fast to get shuttle to and from the parking lot, which was about 1.5 km away; free access to observation deck too!
