"This house was perfect for our large group retreat. So much space that no one was on top of each other and we enjoyed exploring the outside space as well. The owner was so nice and helpful both before, during and after our stay. Would definitely recommend this house for any large group gatherings."

"This was a wonderful two night stay for me and my daughter at the Inn at Warm Springs. Our room was clean and warm and large ! We went for great hikes in West Virginia and also went for a fantastic soak at the Victorian warm springs and which are right across the road from the hotel . Dinner was delicious, and the breakfast was amazing !!! "

"This place is awesome. The host was very friendly and helpful. The inside of the little building is very clean and looks newly renovated and furnished. The farm animals were also fun and friendly and surprisingly quiet! The dog and cats love visitors and pets! There was no rooster which helped. I would 100% go out of my way to come back to this location again. So glad I stayed here rather than a boring hotel. "

"Fantasic little cottage. Close to the warm springs and lots of outdoor activities nearby. Highly recommend Hidden Valley area down the road, the springs, and the Waterwheel Restaurant at the Gristmill Inn! "

"This was a last-minute stay. It was an excellent choice though. The house was great! It was clean, easy to find and parking was no problem. It was a little more than I was wanting to pay but it was well worth it. Communication was no problem. She responded fast and was so helpful with what I needed. Lastly, but the most important (in my opinion) are the beds. They were nice and comfortable. There were only 2 of us that stayed so I can only vouch for 2 of the bedrooms. We will stay again. "

"I wanted to feel like I was completely off the grid and this cabin more than delivered. The property is absolutely stunning. We were in town for the Maple Festival but I could’ve spent all day hiking the property. The hosts are absolutely wonderful. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Steve is very responsive and thoughtful; he had a fire waiting for us to light when we arrived. Excellent communication. I’ve read through some of the reviews and understand that yes, this place is remote. Yes, you might get muddy. Yes, there are cows - which sadly weren’t grazing near the cabin at during our stay! If you’re looking for quiet, calm, wildlife and the opportunity to step back time, this is the place. Cannot wait to return. Thank you Steve! "

"The most beautiful B&B I have ever stayed in. Just being there alone was enough, and then everything else: Owners and staff so helpful and personable, breakfast was amazing, we just walked down the street right into the Homestead and had dinner, mattress was even amazing (back problems)! Lots of activities nearby. Fabulous weekend. I will be going back!"
