"The house was perfect and everything was beautiful! Gorgeous view from the backyard and the house was very conveniently located. Highly recommend!"

"The location was great, nice coffee shop across the street for breakfast. The unit was generally clean, but the corners and window ledges were a bit dirty. There is an issue with the little ladybug like beetles. Also, there was leftover animal hair on the furniture from a prior guest with a pet. Nothing problematic enough to contact the host while there. The mattresses were VERY firm, so they weren’t ideal for my husband and I. The body aches were solved by a soak in the warm springs, which were very close by."

"A better experience than we could ever have hoped for. The house and location are gorgeous with lots of deer sightings. The kitchen had just about everything we needed to prepare all our meals. We stayed for a week and still didn’t manage to take advantage of all the amenities offered (fireplace, outdoor fire pit, boardgames, etc.). Located extremely close to the northern end of Lake Moomaw and the Hidden Valley Recreation Area. The gate on the front porch allowed our pup to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets with the family. We had no cell coverage in the area but the WiFi on property was extremely fast and reliable (better than ours back home!)Already eagerly planning our next trip here. "

"This was a last-minute stay. It was an excellent choice though. The house was great! It was clean, easy to find and parking was no problem. It was a little more than I was wanting to pay but it was well worth it. Communication was no problem. She responded fast and was so helpful with what I needed. Lastly, but the most important (in my opinion) are the beds. They were nice and comfortable. There were only 2 of us that stayed so I can only vouch for 2 of the bedrooms. We will stay again. "

"The most beautiful B&B I have ever stayed in. Just being there alone was enough, and then everything else: Owners and staff so helpful and personable, breakfast was amazing, we just walked down the street right into the Homestead and had dinner, mattress was even amazing (back problems)! Lots of activities nearby. Fabulous weekend. I will be going back!"
