"Le chambre était propre et grand mais les autres clients ont fait beaucoup de bruit toute la nuit, même en semaine, et nous n'avons pas pu dormir. Je voyage beaucoup tout partout en Amérique du Nord et l'Europe et c'est rare que j'ai eu une situation tellement frustrant. Bien que ce soit un hôtel assez agréable sur le bord du lac, le sommeil est important lorsqu'on est en déplacement, quel que soit le client. La direction devrait peut-être instaurer des règles concernant les horaires de calme (pas de bruit à l’extérieur après 22h, par exemple)."
