Very close to the Ark (5 minutes). House is well kept and has plenty of room. We had a great time and found this rental to be very convinient, especially having a full kitchen, compared to staying in a hotel. Owner was very responsive when we contacted him with a couple of questions. Great experience and would rent again.

Peter was great! Perfect amount of communication before, during and after our trip. Easy access into the house. Cleanliness was top notch. The beds were very comfortable and the house was so cozy that you could literally make yourself at home. This will be a place that I suggest to any of my friends traveling through this area.

Better than advertised. We meet family here to start our vacation together and am grateful to have started it here. The house was perfect for our group and the beds were crazy comfortable. This was a great place for our family of seven to visit the ark encounter. Well stocked with linens, coffee, and a big backyard for the kids to spread out in. The town of Dry Ridge had a lot of good restaurant choices..Highly recommend.

Our family had an excellent stay at Peter's home; clean, convenient, well-priced, and plenty of room for our family! Plus, it is cool playing on the air hockey, and it felt like a 5 minute drive to the Ark! Would stay here again.
