Great stay near the ark

Super well stocked and super close by the ark. Inside was incredible for our extended family! Patio needs some tlc but overall amazing spot

Great set up for large family! Two living areas! Two washers, two dryers, two bathrooms and two driveways! Peter answered all messages and questions within moments! Excellent hostess and great property!

Very close to the Ark (5 minutes). House is well kept and has plenty of room. We had a great time and found this rental to be very convinient, especially having a full kitchen, compared to staying in a hotel. Owner was very responsive when we contacted him with a couple of questions. Great experience and would rent again.

1st Family Christmas Trip

Peter was great! Perfect amount of communication before, during and after our trip. Easy access into the house. Cleanliness was top notch. The beds were very comfortable and the house was so cozy that you could literally make yourself at home. This will be a place that I suggest to any of my friends traveling through this area.

This place is great!

Better than advertised. We meet family here to start our vacation together and am grateful to have started it here. The house was perfect for our group and the beds were crazy comfortable. We judged our other stays based on the beds here, and nothing compared. There was great and timely communication. Thank you!

Youth Church Trip

We were visiting the area to see the Ark Encounter and the Creation museum. The house was a great fit and had plenty of space! The house was super clean and had everything we need and more!

Perfect family place to visit the Ark Encounter

This was a great place for our family of seven to visit the ark encounter. Well stocked with linens, coffee, and a big backyard for the kids to spread out in. The town of Dry Ridge had a lot of good restaurant choices..Highly recommend.
